SST link changed?

One question I've always wondered about that chart

Is it the difference between the actual MEAN SST over a given period for the
time of year, or what is considered "normal" for the time of year

It's a live link to the latest Atlantic chart, Rainfall radar, Water Temps,
and Visible sat all in one

depending on your resolution you may have to resize the pictures, which is
easy enough with...
