employee of the Met Office and as such is running a very fine line indeed.
He needs to be careful his cover does not get blown, considering some of the
things (about the MetO) he has said publicly.

The best thing you can do now is to console your friend because nobody except you seems to like him.

I can't remember him saying anything about the weather on this group which is why I suspected him of being Dawlish. I may be confusing him with "Dennis" who I'm pretty certain is Dawlish unless anyone has genuine information to the contrary.
What a tremendous waste of energy this all is, all caused by one man. But I have simply had enough of his insults. He is like nobody I know, even on the web.
