0700z: 09003KT 40km 1SC030 4AC150 (4CI250) -0.6/-1.6 QFF 1005.4 rising.
SYNOP: 42682 60903 11006 21016 40054 52010 81531 333 81630 84365= Clear and cold Tuesday evening and first half of the night, with thin medium and high cloud layers moving across since 0200z.
