Fine and sunny Tuesday morning at first, soon clouding over and remaining cloudy for the rest of daylight hours. Cloud thinned and broke around 2000z to leave a clear night, with a moderate hoar frost. Visibility very good or excellent throughout. Dry for the 24 hour period, apart from some frost melt after sunrise this morning. Currently there is some low cloud visible to the north which has just enough shape to be classed as cumulus, and some thin cirrus above. Ground is frozen, but the frost is rapidly melting in the sunshine.
