Default Penzance - Sunny after a chilly night.

Little cloud much of the night allowed the temperature to drop to 5.9C.

Early mist cleared by 08:30, and sunny since.

The (OT) highlight being seeing a pod of dolphins (approx 12) swim past the Jubilee Pool this morning.

There were porpoises around yesterday, but these had pointy fins, so I think they were dolphins.
Recent pics of both off Penzance at https://twitter.com/marine_discover?lang=en (for those of you who don't have an irrational fear of twitter!)
Also puffins sited, that is quite rare in Mount's Bay.

There's been lots of sightings of an Artic Walrus in Northern Scotland
in recent weeks. It was first spotted in the Orkney Islands in March. A
few days ago it was photographed on the Isle of Harris in the Outer
Hebrides:

Another Artic animal, a bearded seal, was photographed on Harris last
month. Climate change related? Maybe, or maybe not.
