Default Penzance Chilly Night - Sunny morning.

After another lovely day yesterday, though a bit fresher with a max of
18.7C, a chilly night. Minimum of 8.7C last night, the coldest night
so far this month.

Temperature recovered well to a Max of 18.7C, same as yesterday.

Looks like 20C is on the cards here for Thursday, with a very light
east wind and a 4' swell. All very summer like for late September.

1st swell for some time www.chapelidne.com/php/surf_report.php

A chilly night here too with a minimum of 7.1°C, making it the coldest night
since the 8th of June.

After the cool start the day gradually warmed in the prolonged sunshine and
ended up with a max of 20.4°C at 17:00, which is quite late in the day for a
maximum temperature at this time of year.

Both min and max temperatures are in +ve anomaly territory and have been so
for the last 2 weeks.

Sunshine now past the total for August and nearly equalling July's paltry
147 hours.
