Default Drought over - NOT

I like the way that, as there's been a bit of rain in London today, the
drought is now "over".

There's a pretty large swathe of the East Midlands and East Anglia that
hasn't seen a drop of rain yet. Last measurable rain at the farm next
door to us was on 27th July.

Looks like the drizzle moving down from the North may settle the dust
tonight though; here's hoping....
