MetO T+132 FAX at http://www.wetterzentrale.de/topkarten/fsfaxsem.html
Very little wind, axis of high pressure, colder air, all the ingredients are there for a freezing fog event in the usual places like the Midlands, Vale of York, Manchester, etc. ? Interesting also that the MetO is going along with the idea of a northern high, although I think it may sink south with time.
