Difficult to see exactly what's going on through the haze, but skies SW of
me (South and east Ayrshire) are getting very dark, very quickly. Been a rather muggy day in these parts with cloud more often than not, and temperatures peaking around 24°C. Have a suspicion that a spectacular night may lie ahead.
