Default Step to ensure snow in Surrey.

I have booked my first haircut since before Christmas at 1345 tomorrow
25/01/04. On the evidence of past years, this can be correlated with an
immediate fall in temperature, frequently coinciding with snow.

Are you going to have your head shaved, just to be sure? :-)

I guess it's what the kids call a 'step' haircut as per your header -
are they still in fashion ???

I'll add this to the collection... it's going to be a classic:

"Is it true that the British always complain about the weather, and
yet nobody _does_ anything ?"

- "Oh no, that is not the case any more, haven't you heard about the
man in Surrey who booked a haircut to get snow ?"
