Nowhere near the track of the warm-front wave, but the pressure
changes in the London area have been notable ... possibly (i.e. from memory) the most rapid since the gale in October 2002: Hampstead AWS (137m) HH ppp tendency/3h 00 1018.5 01 1018.1 02 1017.4 03 1016.8 -1.7 04 1015.6 -2.5 05 1014.2 -3.2 06 1013.0 -3.8 07 1011.6 -4.0 08 1009.7 -4.5 09 1008.3 -4.7 10 1005.5 -6.1 11 1002.9 -6.8 12 999.8 -8.5 13 997.4 -8.1 Temperature now 10.8ºC in Hampstead (137m), and 10.1ºC on my window sill (155m) here in Luton.
