Moderate rain and drizzle Saturday morning eased off to slight by 1100z. Damp for the rest of the day with more or less continuous drizzle. Further frontal rain arrived around 1930z, becoming moderate (heavy at times 2100z to 2230z, with bursts of 10 mm/hr, associated witht he warm front the passed through at 2330z) and persisting through the night till around 0330z when it eased off to slight. Precipitation stopped by 0830z. Visibility generally poor over the past 24 hours, but has improved to good since the precipitation stopped. Surface wind has been generally southwesterly F3-4, but has veered westerly over the past couple of hours and increased to F5.
