Cloudy Saturday. Heavy rain at times during the morning, and dry during the afternoon. Overnight there was some slight rain during the evening, followed by further moderate to heavy rain between 0330z and 0700z. Since dawn the skies have been very unstable-looking, which makes a change from the dreary layered clouds of Friday and Saturday. There was a beefy shower at 0730z, and a lesser one at 0820z. Since then the sun has been shining, with CB visibile over the sea to the south. Visibility has been mostly moderate or good over the weekend so far, but was very good at times in the past hour. Surface winds generally southerly or southeasterly F2-3 over the past 24 hours, but sudenly veered westsouthwesterly around 0700z and picked up to F3-4, with some strongish gusts in the showers.
