Good news and bad news.
The good news is that products from the 06z and 18z ECMWF runs are now available in 3-hour time-steps out to T+90 hours. The bad news is that they appear to be available only through weathermodels.com which is a subscription-based site in the USA. The cheapest package available costs $99 per annum. -- Norman Lynagh Tideswell, Derbyshire 303m a.s.l. |

More info just released says that ECMWF products will, within a few days, be available in hourly time steps out to T+90 hours for all 4 runs each day. Again, though, it seems that these products will be available only behind the weathermodels.com paywall. -- Norman Lynagh Tideswell, Derbyshire 303m a.s.l. |

No need to pay to access the ECMWF forecasts, you can view them in here, e.g. for precipitation: https://weather.us/model-charts/euro...026-1700z.html |

I suspect that the ECMWF products on here will disappear once weathermodels.com is fully up and running. I may be wrong! -- Norman Lynagh Tideswell, Derbyshire 303m a.s.l. |

That might as well be the case, but so far access has been quite reliable and consistent. People were saying we should enjoy the myriad output on weather.us whilst it lasts about 12 months ago and we're still good for now... Richard |
