---------------------------------------------------------------- 0530z 28005kt 20km 1St005 -00.3/-01.0 1010 RMK: A fine morning with a slight hoar frost. 0900z 29010kt 50km SKC 03.5/01.4 1014 RMK: Fine and sunny. There's a deep blue sky with not a scrap of any sort of cloud to be seen. It's not often that we get such conditions here. The first 4 days of the month have produced 80% of the average rainfall for the whole month but only 2% of the average sunshine for the whole month.
