Wet and horrible on Sunday, with moderate rain continuing until around 1600z, accompanied by extensive hill fog. Dry between 1600z and 1730z when slight rain and drizzle commenced and continued until 1900z. Dry thereafter. F2 S'ly wind veered W'ly at 1745z and increased to F4. This was accompanied by a temperature rise from 2.5 to 7.5 in about 15 minutes, along with the clearance of the low cloud and hill fog. There was a rapid melt of lying snow during the rest of the evening, and there are only a few patches left now. A cloudy and mild-feeling morning, with a light to moderate WNW'ly breeze and good visibility.
