Stratus continued to lower Monday afternoon, reaching 200 feet by 1500z and the surface during the evening. In to fog around 2200z, and accompanied by drizzle shortly after this. Fog and drizzle have continued throughout the night and this morning. The ground is still frozen hard and there are patches of ice on hard surfaces. No fresh ice accretion overnight. The temperature has remained remarkably constant, varying only by 0.4 degrees since 1800z Monday. A cold and damp morning with low light levels.
