[WR] Charlbury 21st Jan 2018
At 0930 Moderate snow & visibility 700m. Temperature 0.4C. Snow depth 2cm having increased from 1cm at 0900.

[WR] Charlbury 21st Jan 2018
At about 1015 the large snow flakes suddenly turned to very small grains of ice about 2-3mm in diameter, but now, at 1045, it has all changed to rain. Temperature 0.5C. Snow depth 2.5cm.
