continuous slight rain/drizzle for most of the day. To add to
the unpleasantness it has been foggy since about 1300z.
There's been a bit more of a thaw today and the snow cover
on some of the fields is developing a moth-eaten look.
Nevertheless, the overall cover is still more than 90%.
Snow depth is now 13 cm. Max temp +2.6 but it has been falling
steadily since the ENE wind set in around 1530z.
