Lots of big puddles around really. 16mm in Dawlish; very heavy rain in Exeter am. Later, people in Bodmin were saying that the rain was torrential this morning and there were certainly some big puddles, with cars going through them(!), on the regional news. Nothing like as heavy rain, or as prolonged, as the rain at the weekend here (with no weather warning, until it was effectively over). |
