Default Huge storm over Biscay

..

I always view together with the rainfall radar, as you say, the anvil overhang is massive on that storm system.

Keith (Southend)

There seems to be another lump just crossing the channel NW France. The trajectory looks good for the SE at the moment

Nah changed me mind Margate might just see the western edge. Good job Tracy Emmin had her reductions, could have been a risk factor.

The one approaching Cherbourg peninsular appears to be heading for
London, but whether it will extend as far east as Kent and Essex is
another matter.

Of course if a thunder and lightning did hit Margate and Tracy would it be a storm in a D-cup?

If so, she might have more stained bedclothes to exhibit.

(Sorry, I tried my best to resist).

She stopped that exhibition of the carnal remains of her and her boyfriends as it was two intents. Groan...

I'm keeping an eye on the lump of rain heading for the middle of the south
coast. As much as I love the sunshine, a bit of rain would be useful here
in Portsmouth, and if it has some lightning mixed in with it, that would be
fun too. I don't know when the last significant rainfall was here, but it
must have been a few weeks ago.

We might all differ in views and politics on this NG but one thing is for su we all love to wait for spectacular weather events . Very sweltery here in SE London but like many I'm eagerly follow the rainfall track and will get so excited as hopefully, the outer bands approach from my SW. I have my two now depleted rain butts on standby and I will personally go out into the blessed anticipated precipitation and check them with glee.

That's why we get toys out of the pram here and I'm a good example, as hopes get built up and dashed.

I get a feeling we are between the two storm areas in Southend, after missing this mornings one to the east, the next lot is going to be the west of London, after being told the SE was most likely to see the worst !
