Default Why so horrible in France?

I wouldn't be so certain

I saw a blip in the NEIC list yesterday but thought it too small to
comment on. Besides I only come here when I have a lot to say.
uk.sci.weather is full of climatologists and sci.geo.earthquakes is
full of dimmos.

Just think what I'd be able to accomplish with access to local records
and current readings, were I an Italian seismologist and responsible
to the courts of the land for the safety of the populace.

But I live in Staffordshire and am at peace with large government
agencies regularly murdering the general public.

And (off on another tangent) will welcome the arrival of those new
light sabres, as the general populace here are bound to be avid anti
police camera men.
