That is 8 inches snow equivalent, assuming wet snow, and boy was it
wet snow! Never seen wet snow like it before. :-) 17.4 mm in my rain gauge 18-1800Z. Devon is still on a knife edge, the knife is roughly following the A30 over Whiddon Down. Snow to the north of this line. Although some parts of high Dartmoor will not miss out. Surely Will will not be deprived? He'll let you know soon enough.
