With very low temps over parts of scandinavia and NE winds developing
bringing the cold air over the north see is it possible to get polar lows not of a polar origin developing bringing a risk of significant snow to eastern areas of the uk? Even without them I guess the showers could come well inland and give supprising amounts to some eastern areas. Still some snow / ice on the ground in yorkshire even on low ground and after rainfall.
