Default Rain in rain gauge frozen

My rain collected in my MO gauge plastic bottle had frozen this morning,
not often that happens. -8.5 C on the grass last night and -4.5 C air
when i recorded. We had rain/sleet just after teatime and then we had a
sharp frost.

Some light snow flurries as I type.
