Default Whatever happened to April Showers?

............ or any showers for that matter. It seems that here, in the last
few years we are getting many more blocks of the same weather type. This is
subjective but it seems we get a couple of weeks of dry, a couple of weeks
of wet, warm, cold etc. I realize this is not abnormal in itself but I just
can't remember showery rain producing several mms interspersed with short
warm spells. In other words it seems to get more stuck. (technical term).
It's not good for gardeners I can tell you!
Dave
