Hi Everyone!
One for the experts. Everyone goes on about gw causing these mild Winters since late 80s,but as far as i am concerned its been the Northwards Disposition of the AH which has been the problem, preventing the bitter cold Easterlies from making it to these shores. I remember reading something about this in a weather book by Gordon Manely(i think that is his name) some years ago,and he said it is just Natural Weather cycles which causes it,meaning that hopefully soon! the UK will return to Colder snowy winters of the past. Of course perhaps gw is previnting this, who knows,it has me baffled! Cheers, Rupert |
