Most likely just a little volcano thats about to go supernova.

Kidding.

What I see is false-echo readings, based on either high humidity - fog -
or a flock of seagulls.

Actually, I think you're joke, might be the half truth.
It's always there, and never goes anywhere.
I think it might be a sea Volcano, spitting lots of
steam.
It's just interesting that it can be picked up on radar..

Hi Fivel,

Over the color ledgend you can see the radar is running in VCP32 mode.
That is a clear air mode and tends to pick alot of ground clutter...the
echos that never go away.
