1700z: 19006KT 20km 7ST008 (/CI250) 17.0/16.0 QFF 1000.9 rising.
SYNOP: 41370 71906 10170 20160 40009 55015 72162 876/2 333 87708=
Some sort of discontinuity has passed through at 1620z, as the wind has
veered, the barometer has kicked and the visibility has improved
dramatically. Moderate rain eased off to light around 1545z, and had
stopped by 1630z. Still a lot of low cloud, but there are some small gaps
through which cirrus is visible.
