[WR] Rain - Settling on everything

Cold rain tonight, settling to form puddles cause it's been going on
for 14 hours without stopping, and still going

Instilling last minute xmas shoppers with a fine sense of seasonal cheer

Well just been for me evening consti..... Took a bit longer tonight due to
the atrocious weather conditions.
Raining steadily and readily settling , the cars are now covered. I guess in
the morning I'll be waking up to everywhere covered in a blanket of
ermm.......water.
