A dank foggy day with outbreaks of rain that have become more persistent in
the last few hours. The visibility in the fog has been as low as 50m and at
its best roughly 300m. Looks like the rain may last a few hours more and
make the ground thorughly wet, which will not allow the local farmers to
work it properly.

Response from DM.
Just to add some figures to Rob's report.
Max 6.2c, rainfall today stands at 15.0mm and still raining. More like
Penistone weather really.
