We have had fairly heavy sleet and snow showers here in Aberfeldy from 14:00
and the hills are getting blasted. You can see the snow coming along in curtains in the very gusty wind. To celebrate I have 2 pictures of the "event". The showers shrouded the sunny valley in a yellow half light as they swept in - great stuff. brian aberfeldy http://aberfeldyweather.com/More-weather-pics "Gianna Stefani" wrote in message ... That seems remarkably late for sleet in what is presumably a low-level location, even that far north. -- John Hall Weep not for little Leonie Abducted by a French Marquis! Forecasts vary between 2 and 3 degrees for here. Met Office forecasts of frost suggest only away from the coast so, I am gambling on no frost here tonight. I will grovel in the morning if I am wrong (: Gianna |

First gritter of the season came through the village just after the temp dropped below zero.
