Default Weston Coyney (WR)

An amazing storm yesterday which gave 28.4mm of rain here in 3.5 hours
with continuous thunder and lightning for the whole period. There was
flooding on many roads with powers cuts in places.

Here is a copy of my data logger,

In Stone 9 miles south east of Weston Coyney where I work there must
have been a small tornado as some trees where blown down including an
oak tree which fell onto a club house, there was severe flooding here.

The storms were localised with stations less than 10 miles to the north
and west of Weston Coyney receiving far less rainfall!

Today was a mopping up day and for once it was fine!

Can't believe a storm like this didn't get any real media attention!!
