Can someone please explain why my WMR928 is giving me direction of wind, but
not giving me actual speed of wind.

Please reply soon if any can help thanks.

What's it displaying, zero? Is the cup rotating? Is the wind strong
enough to register? Is the screw holding the cup onto the shaft tight
enough? Is the cup catching on the rest of the assembly?
