Default Residual snow-cover in Luton

About 10-20% of the ground still covered this morning,
sadly nowhere near enough to count as a snow-lying
event. Last one here was 1st Feb 2003.

Still quite considerable snow left lying here in Northampton (Pitsford) at
0900 this morning. Coverage even and to a depth of 7cm - the deepest single
accumulation here for quite a few years.
