THIS IS A WARNING THAT EXTREME WIND CHILL CONDITIONS ARE IMMINENT OR OCCURRING IN THESE REGIONS. MONITOR WEATHER CONDITIONS..LISTEN FOR UPDATED STATEMENTS. SNOWSQUALL WARNING FOR: SARNIA - PETROLIA - WESTERN LAMBTON COUNTY WATFORD - THE PINERY PARK - EASTERN LAMBTON COUNTY. SNOWSQUALLS OFF OF LAKE HURON WITH WHITEOUT CONDITIONS DEVELOPING THIS MORNING. ![]() On January 12th 1987 my max was minus 8.7C here in Coulsdon, Surrey and during the following days the wind increased with heavy snow. One of our local milkmen was taken to hospital with frost bite to his hands.
