[WR] Horrible & wet in NE England
A wet night (for us) gave 29.6mm for the 24hr up to 09Z this morning.
This is the wettest 09Z - 09Z period for 2003 so far. Now thick fog, wet, mild and horrible. We're not used to heavy rain around here and I can not stand the stuff.
