Default [WR] Snow and sleet in the Peak District

The Cat & Fiddle webcam is currently (about 1730z) showing some wet snow lying
up there. In Tideswell the rain and hail showers this afternoon gradually
evolved into continuous moderate to heavy sleet after 1530z and that is
on-going. At 1745z the temperature here is 3.5C and falling. Looks like there's
lots more precipitation upstream.
