Default UAH moves to a new temperature baseline

I see that with the release of the January update (+0.12C) the UAH
satellite temperatuer series has moved from 1981-2010 to 1990-2020 as
their baseline. Not that it makes any difference to the trend of course,
but does need some mental adjustment on how to interpret a single
monthly deviation figure.

But I guess this must have been equally true in eg 2011, 2001 etc - I
just don't remember!
