Slight drizzle or rain and drizzle this morning followed by continuous, often moderate drizzle this afternoon. At present the drizzle has almost stopped and the visibility is at its best, although there is extensive hill fog. The lowest visibility here was 500m during a short period of fog 1230-1245Z. Strong but steady SW'ly breeze has moderated a little to a fresh F5. RH 98%.
