RMK: Rain fizzled out before 0900. Dry sice then
but remaining rather cloudy with only occasional
sunny intervals.The 24-hr rainfall to 0900z was
27.5mm, all of it since 2100z. Max temp since 0900z
is 11.8°, though it was 13.3° at 0650z. The cold
front that went through at 0700z was unusually
well marked. The wind veered from SSW to N and
there was a very sharp temperature fall. At 0700z
it was 13.2° but by 0710z it had fallen to 10.2°.
It then fell more slowly reaching 7.9° by 0815z.
