Just needs the ISS - old console will be fine:

Worth considering getting a VP2 ISS as an alternative. The wearing parts
are easier and cheaper to replace individually even though the upfront
cost is more. And parameters like wind and rain should be more accurate.

A VP2 ISS would still be received fine by a Vue console (provided you
don't want any supplementary transmitters).
