There is a yellow wind warning out for my area on Monday 1200 to 2359.
Wind 30 knots gusting to 47 knots. There is no warning for Tues afternoon when the wind is forecast to be 27 knots gusting to 48 knots at 1200 29 knots gusting to 51 knots at 1500 30 knots gusting to 52 knots at 1800. Now I am collecting my grandchildren from school on Tues afternoon and if we are blown over or injured by flying debris the Met Office will be held responsible as they have not issued a warning. Len Wembury, SW Devon They have come onboard now with a wind warning for Tuesday as well. Is it because they did not trust their forecast that far ahead? Or, did they see my posting threatening litigation if injured by debris? LOL Len Wembury, SW Devon coast |
