Default Naming of storms

I notice the Irish Met Office has sensibly decided to keep Lorenzo as Lorenzo and not give it the agreed name of the first storm of the season which was to be Atiyah.

There are some amusing names in the list, amongst them
Storm Kitty ( a bit of a softy probably)
and Storm Willow (Wind in the Willows?)
