[OBS] Ystrad, Rhondda - Sun 24 Feb 2019
1000z: 09003KT 3500m Mist 1CI250 8.4/7.3 QFF 1035.7 steady.
SYNOP: 41935 10903 10084 20073 40357 51008 71000 80001 333 81075= Dry with sunny spells Saturday. A lot of high cloud throughout the day, with an increase of medium cloud during the afternoon to make it feel quite gloomy by late afternoon. Upper cloud quickly cleared during the first part of the night to leave a clear and chilly night with copious amounts of dew and a short-lived ground frost. Fine and sunny this morning. Very misty at first, but it is thinning now.
