[OBS] Ystrad, Rhondda - Tue 12 Feb 2019
0700z: 20003KT 6km Mist 7ST008 6.2/5.3 QFF 1032.1 steady.
SYNOP: 41356 72003 10062 20053 40321 56003 71022 876// 333 87708= A fine and bright end to Monday, albeit with a lot of cirrus which was dense in places, followed by a clear and frosty first half of the night. Low stratus started to spread in from the southwest not long after midnight - patchy at first, but extensive in the past three hours or so. Visibility excellent at first, becoming moderate in mist late in the night. Surface wind light and variable or calm, becoming a light SSW'ly late in the night. Ground frost for a time mid to late evening.
