[OBS] Ystrad, Rhondda - Thu 06 Dec 2018
2100z: 22005KT 3000m Slight rain and drizzle 8ST005 12.1/11.1 QFF 1011.5 falling.
SYNOP: 41230 82205 10121 20111 40115 58010 75865 887// 333 88705= Slight rain became moderate by 1000z and accompanied by drizzle. This persisted throughout the rest of the day, easing off to slight after 1900z. Extensive low cloud and poor visibility accompanied the precipitation. Surface wind has been generally southwesterly F2-3. An unpleasant day - 12.8 mm has fallen since 0900z, and everything is dripping wet.
