RMK: A very still day. Sunny periods during the morning
then an invasion of pre-frontal high and middle
cloud in the afternoon. There was persistent valley
fog all day below our level and patchy hill fog all
day aboove our level. In Tideswell, after the brief
spell of fog before dawn, we remained fog-free
throughout the daylight hours. Max temp 4.4°.
