Another precipitation-filled 24 hours. Rain and drizzle started around 0930z Sunday and continued virtually unbroken until now. Largely slight or moderate, but some heavier bursts Sunday evening (peaking at 47 mm/hr at 2229z) which looked suspiciously like convective showers on the radar (not that you could see through the unbroken stratus), and again between 0330z-0400z and 0645z and 0800z. Unsurprisingly cloudy throughout the 24 hours, with extensive low stratus, but currently the low cloud is thinner with high-based stratocumulus visible through it. Moderate or poor visibility mostly, but good at first on Sunday morning. Surface winds have been westsouthwest to west, between F4 and F6.

Moderate or poor visibility improving to very good behind the cold front. Maximum temperature today was 11.2 (1009z).
