Default [WR] Romsey - sleet

At 1505Z: Sharp wind veer from NE to E, a burst of heavy rain
and a sudden temp drop from 3.8C to 2.3C with a few blobs of
very wet snow just before the precipitaion eased off again.
Current temp (1640Z), making a slight recovery to 2.5C.
